Our residence is far just 20 Km from Pisa (also airport) with good and fast ways (just 20 minutes by car).
Around us ther are many place to visit: all the best cities (Firenze, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra,
S.Gimignano, Montalcino, Grosseto, Arezzo, Vinci
) are from 40 minutes to 2 hour by car, many other little places are easily reachable.
The beach is just 20 km far (about 30 minutes by car).
Close to us ther are parks and possibilities for walking and cicling in the country with wonderfoul landscapes.

How to reach us

FROM FIRENZE:
Exit form motorway A1 at Firenze Scandicci and follow diretion for S.G.C. FI-PI-LI   Direction Livorno. Follow the FI-PI-LI till the exit LAVORIA. From here take direction Fauglia - Lorenzana following SP 31 Cucigliana-Lorenzana. After 9.4 Km from the exit 'LAVORIA' you can see on the right a traffic sign brown with white letter where is write “Roncione”. In front of you there is a big pink Villa. Near this building, at the end of guardrail on the right, there is a little way with stones with the traffic sign (white with black letters and a blue border) “Via Lupinaio”. You take that way and go on the first gate open on the left.

FROM PISA:
At Pisa you exit from motorway at Pisa-centro. After the payment of ticket follow for highway (without ticket): S.G.C. (Strada Grande Comunicazione) FI-PI-LI direction Firenze. After about 20 Km you turn direction Livorno and after you exit at Lavoria. Go on the provincial way direction Lorenzana. After 9.4 Km from the exit you can see on the right a traffic sign brown with white letter where is write “Roncione”. In front of you there is a big pink Villa.
